I used my own highly scientific invention that the government would love to get their mitts on and use for world domination. But I'm still holding out on them. You can thank me later.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand the winner is.......................................................................................

OOOOOOO-weeeeeeeeeeee! Congrats to CK!
I had to randomly pick a name 'cuz NOBODY guessed what's behind the doors of the blue cabinet. I am mildly surprised nobody suggested that I kept my canopic jars in there. Huh, that would of been my first guess......
Here is what I keep close by to remind me of my BK days( before knitting)
RUBBERSTAMP PADS! Oh, yeah, I was into rubberstamps BIG time .
Now this is the part where you use your imagination that this is a closet by California Closets-OK? Here is a small part of my stamp collection, I have lots of other stamps stuffed here and there. This is one hobby I'd like to get back into, but I don't have the space to lay out all my materials to work on cards and such. The downside to stamping is that it's not portable, can't take it with you in the car or move around the house like you can with knitting. Someday I will have that room of my own where I can keep my stuff and work on projects at my leisure.Speaking of projects, here is another example of why I think my brain has a disconnect in it, Or my reality is fluid and keeps shifting 'cuz the instructions on knitting patterns keep changing from one time to the next.
I'm making these FAMOUS booties and I swear, from the first one to the second the instructions morphed on me!!! Can you see the size difference? What a bummer. Now I must redo the skinny one. Wonder what I'll come up with this time.......I hope you have a awesome weekend, stay cool and thank you for being in my contest. Ciao!
16 are exultant diamantiferous:
Oh wow...I never would have guessed stamp pads!
Great contest! Congratulations to CK and to you for your 100th post. I get a huge kick out of your blog and have become a regular reader.
Okayyyyy, you know who I am.
You had better bring that cute baby bootie pattern to church tomorrow. I have to have it.
I think the trick is to knit them on the same day. That way you don't have humidity playing a factor. LOL
See ;you tomorrow.
So what I hear anonymous saying is,
"It's not the gauge, it's the humidity."
Excellent.
I could have guessed all day long and not guessed stamp pads!
Congrats n the 100th post!
I made just one of the booties, have no one to give them to, every one is having boys right now.
Congrats CK....
Lol, yup, have tons of ink pads myself but would not have guessed that!
Love the booties! Sadly I tried to click the link and keep getting a security code icky thing. *Phumph!*
Congratulations, USF. You have done what no one else could do. You have boldly gone where Shannon just could not go. They said it was impossible. They said it would never work. But you have shown us all the true power of love. Thanks to you...
I have decided to knit again.
Seeing those booties made my cry out in joy. I followed your link, and printed out the PDF file. I will trek down to the (ack!) yarn store (a dirty word to me), purchase what I need, and sit down to start sweating and swearing.
Amazing. All hail die Frau! Sieg heil!
And now my friends, I can die a happy woman. My work here on earth is done. Jesus, take me now!!!!!!
I thought I had a lot of stamping equipment, but it's nothing compared to yours! I even have one of those totes on wheels, because when I lived in San Antonio, I used to stamp with friends about once a month.
Congrats on your 100th!
Congratulations on your 100th post. I was thinking about what you kept in your cupboard and forgot to enter the contest. Lame, eh? I would have been wrong. I thought you kept extra yarn and needles or else your records for your company. See? Congratulations to CK!!! And, the booties? Just knit two more. They's probably be close.
Stamps were totally my second guess....;)
Woah! That is a lot of stamps. I can see why you would need a lot of space.
Excited to win the contest! Congrats on the 100th post :)
So it's the ubercentenary, is it? Congratulations.
And also thank you for reintegrating my prodigal sister. I can see her from afar off but I'm not shearing the fatted sheep yet - I am not sure she deserves wool after this. I have taken umbrage. I am not as forgiving as my Father in heaven...it's a weakness.
Yayyy to uberstrickenfrau! Thanks so much for the encouraging words, we are feeling much better! You are superwoman with four kids :) And congrats again on the 100th post!
Congrats on your 100th post. The booties are cute, if a little lopsided. :)
